- Growth of wil sales in France. It becomes the benchmark in aggregate and concrete laboratories.

- Acquisition of wil licences by Aripresa, a big Spanish group.

- Arcade offers a new service as part of the customer maintenance contract: e-sam (maintenance calls follow-up): maintenance contacts consultation. This new service is available on our website customer area.

- Presentation of a comprehensive solution for the management and control of truck loadings, based on icare software, in collaboration with Mettler-Toledo (weighbridge constructor) and Berthold (nuclear detection gates).

- We put emphasis on the Spanish market conquest: Membership to the ASEFMA (Spanish asphalt-mix producers association) and to the AFAM (Spanish mortar producers association).

- First sales of mentol in the shape of Saas subscription contracts, in France.

- Setting up of Arcade Ibérica Software, a subsidiary company dedicated to our products commercialisation in Spain and Portugal, and later in all Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries. It is managed by David ORTOLAN.
- Arcade Ibérica Software becomes a member of the APEB (Portuguese Concrete Manufacturers Association).
- Development of billy for concrete formula design, in SaaS mode.
- Prospection mission in Mexico.
